Returns & Exchanges
 
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your items as much as we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in exchanging your item for another item that will work for you. To process your exchange please email us at everydaypoppyid@gmail.com and give us your order number and item needing to be exchanged along with the reason for the exchange.
Everyday Poppy gladly accepts exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise for store credit only.  Store credit is to be used for another in stock item within the 14 day exchange window. 
Returns:
When returning an item for exchange, please take note of the following: 
  • Returns for an exchange must be post marked within 14 days of the date you received your shipment.  We do not accept exchanges past 14 days of the date you receive your shipment, no exceptions. We do not accept exchanges if the item has been worn or damaged from washing.
  • Your return package needs to include your packing order slip or a piece of paper with your first and last name, order number, and reason for returning the item(s)
  • All returns for exchanges will be processed via store credit and is to be used for another in stock item within the 14 day exchange period. 
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of an item for exchange, we do not provide prepaid return labels. 
  • Any request made past our 14 day return for exchange policy deadline or request including final sale items will be declined. 
  • If an item appears worn, smells of perfume or essential oils, deodorant, makeup, or has animal hair, smoke it will not be accepted as a return for exchange. 
  • Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. 
  • All sales are final on clearance items.
  • Shoes need to be returned in their original box. Please place the shoe box in a protective box. If we receive the shoe box as the shipping box we will not accept the shoes as returnable. You will be responsible for shipping charges back to you.

Defective Items
 
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received a defective item you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt. 
  • Send pictures of the defective item/area to everydaypoppyid@gmail.com
  • State in your email your first and last name, order number, and the product name
 
Lost/Stolen Packages
  
Everyday Poppy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or for packages not received due to customer providing incorrect address. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier. 

Return Shipping
 
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. Everyday Poppy will not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Return to Store
 
You may bring in your return for exchange to Everyday Poppy during weekly posted hours within 14 days of original purchase as long as it meets the above criteria.  Email everydaypoppyid@gmail.com to inform us of this exchange.  Please provide first and last name, order number and reason for the return for exchange.  Please provide order # when coming into the shop for your exchange.
